Ok im in chptr 2 in bevelle. (Not the first time but the second). Theres this really wierd macien and the guid book explains how to get out of this puzzle but i dont want to do it! do i have to or can i skip it????

what puzzle? the one with stairs? if you want to get the ribbon it will be hard but if you want to pass it just approach all the towers

well follow the guide book thats what i did but i am still trying to think what puzzle??
Are you talking about the puzzle where you have to tell Rikku when to start and stop the pistons? If so, then you don't have to do it.The door is on the opposite side of the door you enter from. I thought you had to do it the first time I played it and I started over. By the way this is my first post. WOO HOO!!
