I love Ruby weapon for the fact, that when i threw this smoke grenade to escape from it during battle, it gave me that cute look like "Get back here you!! i can't leave this quicksand spot because the game creators made it so, But i'm gonna get you!!" on the world map... haha.... ^_^

Emerald WEAPON. Cos it always scared the living daylights out of me when it would just APPEAR.

Diamond. With his massive support base, even Garland would have a hard time trying to knock him down.
Saphire Weapon was the coolest. Especially when his head gets blown off and the entire scene where he attacks the Junon Harbor.
Ruby cuz I found it incredibly hard to beat it, well that's before I noticed that Hades/KOTR and mime would leave it helpless. My favorite nonetheless.
