Digimon, Pokemon, Sailor Moon, most of the Gundam series, and especially Dragonball all stand out as examples of terrible anime.

The gundam series weren't as bad as those other ones. But Pokemon was a classic! how can you hate that!?

I'll admit that all I like is Sailor Moon and Fruits Basket.
But I've been a fan of Sailor Moon for over 10 years.
And I own all the manga and anime of Fruits Basket.
So I'm pretty hardcore about those two series.

i claim to be the biggest sailor moon fan on this forum! It is a great show and the dub was crap to the original (but this applies to all anime )
and i have seeveral sailor moon musicals and all 5 seasons muahaha!!

and the most perfect short anime i have seen is pita ten. it is so adorablre!!

i definitely couldnt pick an all time favorite anime. (though death note is my favorite manga)

and maybe my favorite, paranoia agent. (even though its only 13 episodes, for some reason, the shortest animes seem to be really really awesome)

unfortunately, i have dial up (puke now if you must) , so downloading anime isnt an option. plus, im amish to computers, so i have no clue how those file sharing programs work.(although i have downloaded alot of the opening/closing songs for animes. )

i havent seen any good anime lately, i loved when toonami (back when it was on weekdays...) had rurouni kenshin, dragonball, yu yu hakusho, and justice league (well...thats not really a japanese anime, but it still kicked ass ) were all on at the same time.

but...they were dubs...even worse...cut dubs. and i tend to like really violent bloody animes...sigh...

Personally, I think that British TV is wayyy past saving.

Infact it just keeps getting worse...and they take off all the really good shows, yet leave the tacky soaps running!! Why is that? :eep:

Channels 1-5 are terrible. They took off Nip/Tuck and Six feet under to show Friends re runs on 4. 5 is just porn, BBc1 and 2 have turned horribly dated, WE DONT WANT ANYMORE SONGS OF PRASE.

I find most anime, roughly 80%, to be utter crap-- especially those aimed at a teenage audience. There are a few shining gems, though, that keep me coming back for more.

I have to also agree that anime rocks; i think inuyasha is the best!!!
O and about the new ghost in the shell it premiered last saturday in america

anime is ok even though inuyasha does sucks and its so damn cliched. But even though inuyasha ruins the naime category many other anime's redeem it. Such as Solty Rei, Mushishi, Bleach, Eyeshield 21, FLCL, Nadesico, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop, Tsubasa Chronicles, Black Cat, Paradise Kiss, and Beck.

I'm currently watching Serial Experiments Lain. I'm currently up to Layer 08. My head. It hurts so much. I wish I could find the rest of the Hellsing manga. It's so much better than the show.

Although, the anime isn't really bad...

I agree, the dubbed version is terrible.
I also own all 5 seasons in Japanese with English subtitles.
I have the sera myu (musicals) too but it isn't subtitled so I don't understand it.
And I have all the manga, a couple of posters, a few shirts, and a doll or two.
So yeah we might be tied for biggest Sailor Moon fan.
