I actually found #eoff before the forum. So I was on that for a day and didn't know anything about there being a forum, and Jeremy (necro) gave me the link and I joined.

Somehow I ended up on the forums. For some reason posted in a thread. Saw the Eyes on Each Other and Eyes on the World and said I would stay. Still is the best place I have found for reasonable discussion.
edit- according to the the search option it appears my first post was in the Esper Elimination round stuff. Heh, may have seen a link to it somewhere whilst looking up espers oh so long ago.
Once I found the other forums I sort of stopped using the gaming forums. Don't have that much time to look everything over, in general of course.
STILL Updating the anime list. . . I didn't think I was that much of an anime freak! I don't even want to consider updating the manga list!
I fell down on the jungle gym and when I woke up I was here.
I had visited the fronsite occassionally, and when the site got featured in EGM, I thought it was cool I'd been there before, so I joined.
Someone gave me a link the the frontsite, then somehow I found the forum and joined. Then I needed help on FFVIII.
I joined because I wanted a place to discuss Chrono Cross. Four plus years later and I'm still here. It's quite sad really.
I had recently gotten into Final Fantasy and the previous two forums were being moved and weren't ther for the time being. So I typed "Final Fantasy Forum" into my search box and found this place and joined and here I am and continue to wonder why the hell I stayed.

And then, since I'd gone through all the effort, I decided to start browsing the forums some.
Like most nerds it was summer and I had nothing to do.
I joined because of that "Did you notice this detail of Ultimecia" thread. Since I was not joined, I could not see what the fuss was about so I registered and saw what was so interesting about Ultimecia's lower half. Then, I decided that this was a nice place and stayed, getting Sapphiresea (my cousin) and moldybread (my sister) to join as well.
