i have seen some walking around with a NPC fighting by thier side, how is this possible? is it some kind a quest? if it is a quest whats the name and il look it up at alla, kgr8thnx.

Yeah, you can defenately handle it. The NPC is in Upper Jeuno - Luto Mewrilah (G - 8).
