How do i change a bmp to a gif?

I wanna make a YTMND but the problem is the image is a BMP. How do i change a BMP image to ether a GIF , JPG or PNG?

IrfanView is probably the easiest way for most users I'd use the Gimp though, since it'd give more optimal files if you know what you're doing

It's not hard at all, just attatch the image to a post in this thread and someone should get around to it.
