Agreed. Rumours like this pop up quite frequently, when new systems are releasing. Fans have this idiotic need to defend their system purchase, to the point of making up information about the other systems.

the people i heard it from claim they got it from G4. that in and of itself kinda put me off because that station is not very good. But i figured it would suck if they did go out so i started looking into it and didnt find anything. this was just in the hopes i could positivly confirm it. You know, this is not the first time someone has said the crappy rumour they heard came from G4. Either G4 is spreading alot of trash reports or people just know that they are an easy target to blame..

Considering Nintendo made the most profit out of the three gaming companies as far as their video game divisions go, I think your friend's sources, be it G4 or otherwise are quite off base.
