Here in Ireland we eat potatoes all the time and I've only like, twice seen somoene eat it with the skin on. I dont. Roast potatoes are delicious. Especially when theyre especally crunchy.
Nah... I don't particularly like eating the skin... but if its boiled potatoes... and then you put some butter on it with the skin...

If baked, definitely, yeah. Same with boiled and I think scalloped. They have to be clean, though.
