I can dislocate my jaw and my shouldesr
put legs behind head
almost do a 180 with my neck
can bend my fingers back past 90 degrees
thumb behind hands
360 with my wrists, almost 360 with my ankles
walk on my ankles, toes, heels, balls of my feet, and sides of my feet.
thats about it.
