    A very good band. Still Life and Blackwater Park are my favourite albums.

    Honestly, not one memorable song in their discography. Not one. Boring band.

    I prefer bands such as Pain of Salvation, Diabolical Masquerade, and Solefald.

    My boyfriend loves Opeth.
    We went to see them together on October 28th.
    They were good but the show was oversold so I felt other people's flesh against every orifice of my body...

    One of my top 10 favorite bands. Every album is stellar. Ghost Reveries is a great installment for them, which I put firmly at third place.

    This is how I would rank the albums, if I had to:

    1. Still Life (I've got a T-shirt for it coming in the mail!)
    2. Blackwater Park
    3. Ghost Reveries
    4. My Arms, Your Hearse
    5. Deliverance
    6. Morningrise
    7. Damnation
    8. Orchid

    @Crushed Hope: You are a die-hard metal fan, but don't like Opeth even slightly? Wow. In my opinion, they create the best and most memorable riffs of any metal band out there.
