Personally, I find myself coming here less because of all these crap threads. I say we completely get rid of General Chat for a couple weeks. If that doesn't work, shut down the boards for two weeks. That should make people realize that if they don't start posting with a little dignity, the boards will be gone (for them). Or we could ban every member who has a name longer than ten letters. (That's just random, I don't have anything against names with 10+ letters.
The current state of general chat right this moment, really does make me sad, it's over a small thing as spam, spam can be good, but really spam is the worst thing that can happen to a forum. The only thing those who shall remain unnamed have running for em is that they aren't trolling. If you're going to make more than 5 posts in a thread and then keep posting with only two other people this shouldn't be accepted withing such a short period of time in such a large forum.
