The message when you try to access a forum you don't have the permission for or a thread that was just moved to such a forum with the link left behind (*cough*staff inconsistency*cough*) displays "$bbuserinfo[username], you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons" instead of the proper user name.
