Where is Pickham (DQ8)

Yangus says the town of Pickham (if that's the right name) is south of that kingdom (one with the king who was sad because his wife died) but I can't find it. How exactly do I get to it from that cabin in the middle of nowhere?

Go south from Ascantha (the Kingdom with the sad King), staying close to the seashore. Eventually you'll come across a beaten path, which you need to follow. Next you'll come across a colorful cabin with an Italian guy on top. If this is the cabin in the middle of nowhere you're talking about, then you're on the right track. After speaking with the guy, just keep following the path, which bends to west, and you'll come to Pickham. The path (or road) goes right to Pickham, you can't miss it if you're on the path.
