In some online games? I mean there are peole who are new at the game so the term is understandable but when you call it to someone who doesn't have good equipment as another person. I don't think its cool and its over done.
What do you guys think.

Get better stuff and kill those guys!!! Then write " Teh noob has killed here".
**** is a stupid word and never deserves to be used again. This applies to online gaming.
Oh, didn't you get the memo? The internet is the place where nerds can feel infinitely superior to other nerds because they started doing Fun Internet Activity #54 a few months earlier in order to make themselves feel better about the fact that they're smurfing morons.
after I've killed 10,563 orange winged gullets I'm going to start hunting the rare spinning skulled virgin rabbit in search for the ultra rare drop of the fish scaled toothpick then I might not be a n00b once more and I will be able to call Burtuc a n00b and all will be well

Lots of popups at that site -- Warning to all
I used to use the word "newb" for people who do stupid stuff, mostly in games, however I haven't used it for awhile.

Oh, and Psy, the first 100 fun internet activities are porn.

I used to just call the people on Halo PC n00bs when they had Dragon Ball Z-related names or posted in caps. Or just used the rocket launcher to kill, or the scorpion tank. Or worse yet, the banshee.
God, they pissed me off.
I have a friend...let's call him Charley (because that's his name xD). He's always bragging about his uber-micro. He's always saying he can pawn anyone, noob or pro. I have nothing to say in reply because it's true, the guy owns at Warcraft 3 from my understanding of it (not a very deep one)
The same can be said of me in Soul Calibur 2. Though not an online game, arcade play is just as much an arena of noobs and pros. Admittantly, I'm not as good as I would like to be, but I do my fair share of pwning and owning.
Yes. Where would society be without the humble noob? I dare not even think about about.
It's not the name, it's the person saying it and the way they say it. I mean, to be a newbie is something you just are. If you're new to something, then you're a newbie. That's the way it is. It's not a good or bad thing. Saying that a newbie shouldn't be called a newbie is like saying a baby shouldn't be called a baby. It's what they are. However, some people are newbieist. That's an entirely different story. I am very much against newbie-bashing.
Bow before the mighty Javoo!
Hah, yeah, all I can say about beam-'em-ups is that I HATE button-bashers.
Wewt, finally got a new sig. It took about ten minutes as I'm at college. It ain't amazing, but it's better than nothing.

n00b is cool when you say "STFU N00BIE" it just sounds right.

It's Ok to use it as a joke, but not if you are trying to use it as an insult. everyone was a "n00b" once.
