He's a tech guy! He should be doing his job for crying out loud. Not doing his job is one thing. Then seeing him watch Family Guy on one screen (he has a dual-screen monitor) and chat to his girlfriend on the other on MSN Messenger is another!
If all he has to do all day is watch Family Guy and chat, that means he must be good at his job and everything's been taken care of. Good for him!

If you're talking about public computers that the college owns: they have every right to block messengers, etc.

I like the teachers in the Sciences, and laugh at the others.
School isn't bad it's pretty fun if you have a good time. Also, it's where you can keep up on the latest trends
