Well he looks like a machina, and I found it quite easy to beat. Ok it took me about 2-3 hours to do it and I did have a troubled start but yeah it was easy

I had the double dark knight, alchemist team and never was in too much danger (I didn't feel like using cat nip) and it took about an hour... geez it was boring.

Oh, yeah the main problem with beating him is that you actually have to play the game for awhile.

you dont need catnip for any boss. if ultima shadow was here hed be saying its cheating just like on the FF8 forums where he always says heroes and holy wars are cheating.

i've never used catnip ever in X-2 cos i think its cheating, but i found Angra Mainyu easy to beat once i drained off all of its MP, i just had to kill Zawrich or Tawrich very quickly before it used Perditions flame, which it did manage to do once, but i lived and drained all of its MP, then it could only do osmose and since both the "arm" fiends were dead and it couldnt revive them, i just attacked until it died, but this took about an hour while doing about 1000 damage each attack.

ok, rephrase as cheating taking the very, very, very easy way

regardless of whether its in the game or not, i still think its cheating as you'll be taking advantage of a feature to reduce the challenge of the game. in the same vein, cheat codes for other games are still built into the game, so by you're logic, using codes isnt cheating. Only with catnip, you've earned the right to cheat, whether you want to or not, at least thats my opinion
