That trailer debuted at the 2004 E3, which would place it about 2 years after FFX. It was on Gametrailers.com and IGN.com at the time. X-2 had just come out the previous Christmas.

Two years after X-2, Destai said pretty much everything I was gonna say. I think they put that so it's kinda saying "Hey, we're returning to offline games" or something. xDThe end of the trailer says 2005 :P
