That article is six months old. And if you look at the "related links," you'll see that Midway plans to devlop for the console. They just don't have any games available for the launch window. Not that Midway has made many games that aren't entirely missable in the last five years.

What Azar said. They will develop games for 360...just not on launch which has already passed.

That said The Suffering is a cool series.
