I can tell you're big on Akira Toriyama's style :D Your skills pay homage handsomely. Long neck, yeah, but otherwise very well done.
good just shorten the neck
For a little while I actually thought that the eyebrow was a mouth, the two curly party things at the top were wierd eyes and anything below the eyebrow was some sort of chin.
Good for paint though.
