Do you find it odd that the exposure of breasts on television, in magazines and in public - such as in a swimming area, for example - is considered rude and bad and is prohibited, but if a particularly... overweight male... has... 'man boobs', nobody minds or complains? Even if the male's 'breasts' are larger than that of a female? I'm sorry if anyone takes offense at this, I just find it rather strange!

They're not considered rude at all. At least, no one I know considers breasts to be impolite. In fact, I do believe that certain people actually revere breasts.
