Star Wars Episode III left a great impression on me the entire way, especially at the fights between Yoda and Sidious, and Anakin and Obi-Wan. The ending was also awe inspiring.
The whole ending of Alien 3 was nice.

A war movie named "The Bridge At Remegan" where a grizzled army sargeant goes upstairs to hunt for a sniper in a hotel. He bursts through the door and shoots the sniper as he turns around, only to find that it was a young boy firing the weapon. I'll never forget the agony on the sargeant's face as he thought about what he had done.

I cried at that scene. Right there in the cinema. The LOOK on Sam's face... that near killed me.
