Jabberwook, where art thou?

I roamed in every single damn bush in the Forgotten Continent, both east and west of Oilvert (but also north, south, and north-north west).
I also scanned the local Qu Marsh to no result. Ragtime Rat was so sick and tired of seeing me that he finally committed suicide. Can anyone give me a screenshot or an extremely precise description?

I found Jabberwock in a small forest walled by mountains on three sides and the ocean on the fourth. It was south of Oeilvert, almost directly east of the chocobo tracks. You can only access it with a chocobo capable of conquering mountains though.

I cant find a map with good resolution but i always have found the Jabberwock in the forest east of Oeilvert. I remember it took a couple of battles and the forest had a really weird shape. Im pretty sure it spread out in three directions, like a octopus with three tentacles

I mostly found him in a forest near Lindblum. The exit from the business district.

No way, I couldn't find him.
I found all of the other Friendly Monsters, but Yan keeps on running away.
Guess I'll have to try to defeat Ozma without the aid of physical attacks.
