I like Golbez's character design quite a bit.

Locke is a pimp, but if you're talking about the coolest looking character, Sephiroth hands down.

She's called Carmen in the Italian version, and she speaks in Spanish accent. XD
How can you write a Spanish accent? In the English version of the game she talks with a Western American accent, much like that seen in a cowboy film.
