Not sure about how to see all of them, but just make sure you see "Treno Tradition" and let the mugger steal 1000 gil from Dagger. Then as Steiner go to the synth shop and talk to the mugger and he gives you a Power Belt.
Also, I'm assuming you are in Treno, so, Throw 10 gil into the fountain at the entrance 13 times to get the Stellazzio Gemini. And the Taurus is behind the item shop in the slums. Here's a good strategy for the Weapon Shop monster:
Griffin- Use Steiner and equip the following; Gold Choker, Auto-potion, and Bird Killer. Make sure you sell your all your Potions so your Hi-Potions will be used with Auto-potion. Use a tent on the Griffin so it will get lots of Status effects and then make sure Steiner is at least lvl 7. You can get a Tonberry card if you win.

Dont forget the friendly monster Ghost outside of Treno. And visit Quan's Dwelling to get another Stellazzio around the healing spring.
