On the subject of Tifa:

(SPOILER)Much to my friend's delight, they pretty much screwed Tifa's character. Apparently she has a rather simplistic and overly violent personality, and is constantly hanging off of Leon (and I believe Cloud as well). So those who enjoy Tifa may not like her in this.

And on the subject of KHIII:

(SPOILER)Something was mentioned to me about a war with keyblades, which is quite intriguing.

And finally, about it being four games worth:

(SPOILER)It's about a 32 hour game. Definitely not 4 games worth, but I imagine there are several secrets that can be beaten. You don't even have to beat all of the worlds to beat the game.
