Why are there so many eggnog haters . I myself love the stuff, and drink it as much as possible during the eggnog season.

What is Nog? According to wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eggnog) it's an ingrediant, but there's no article on what it actualy is.

I don't know where you see here that it's an ingredient. This fully explains what eggnog is. It is <i>made up</i> of many ingredients. A milk-based punch consisting of milk, eggs and sugar, with or without alcohol. Other ingredients include nutmeg, cinnamon or allspice, depending on taste preference.
