Reminds me of a Dane Cook bit in which he talks about the same thing...hilarious! But yeah, sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night, it'll feel like it's the thirstiest I've ever been in my life. I hate that feeling!

Yes I do get thirsty in the mornings. Especially if I've been drinking the night before. Luckily I have a nice sister who is most happy with carrying water to my bed when I'm too tired to move

I never wake up thirsty. Not anymore anyway. Back in school I used to take naps after school. I slept really hard, and always woke up with a wierd feeling in my mouth. Water just doesnt' cut it. I needed something with a bite. Soda/Pop/Coke does the trick.

I'm always thirsty too. I try to keep water by me bed, but whenever I do, I take a sip or two and then leave it and then it's wasted. So I wait until breakfast.

When I was little I used to wake up thirsty in the middle of the night sometimes. So I'd have to go through a spooky quest of walking through the dark scary house to reach the safe haven of the fridge. lol. Nowadays I don't even fall asleep! lol, but I hardly ever wake up thirsty anymore.

Or I think about drinking it before I go to bed so I have to pee at random hours in the night

Lately, I've found myself sleeping with my mouth open a lot.

I wake up with a dry, yucky tongue, and really thirsty. Water fills in just fine, but I often desire something with lots of flavor in it.
