I will said that those get banned keep coming back with a new account and got banned again. I do know of a good example....

A couple of my friends got banned from here.

One of my friends kept re-registering here, and our school got IP banned because he spammed, had multiple accounts and was offensive, if I remember correctly. And one of his user name's was rude, lol.

Exactly, I think Instead all members should have the Banned sign under there names, and all Banned people SHOULD NOT have banned titles under there names, cause who knows my name might look better in pink.

Quite a few religions and cultures use the swastika as a sign of something positive. So much so that on a couple of occasions nations have attempted to get the swastika recognized by the Red Cross as a legitimate alternative to the cross itself. I have no idea if they succeeded or not, but I'd have to assume they didn't.

In a perfect world the fundamental premise upon which communism is based could work. Unfortunately, people are greedy and selfish.
