Cloud took a slow step further from the door, letting it close behind him. The zombies moved slowly, some limping or dragging useless limbs. They moaned as if speaking in a language he couldn't understand, speaking of what they would do when they got ahold of him.

Cloud took a firm step forward, unsheathing his sword. As soon as the first zombie came within range he took a swing, removing it's head. Soon a second head fell to the ground, and then a third. The slow-moving zombies fell with relative ease, and Cloud was soon able to pause and survey the immediate area.

And then he felt it. A soft brush on his neck. He swung around, sword at the ready.

It was Tifa. No, it wasn't Tifa. It was a zombie. Tifa was a zombie. And she wanted to feed. Cloud steadied his sword, pulling it back in preparation to deliver a strong blow.

But he faltered. He hesitated. And then she was on him, her teeth sunk in, his flesh tore. And he laid there, able to move but unwilling. And then darkness overcame him.

Then suddenly the barricades broke

As Rude spoke he swung his fists, knocking heads of zombies surrounding him. A zombie lunged forward, he reversed the attack and whirled the zombie into a collection of zombies behind it. Reno swung his rod about and occasionally threw in a backward spinning jump kick or something along the line. As the their fighting moved on Reno eventually looked up to see the lights of a room flicker, and glass smash as a zombie flew out. The room was on a high level building in the distance.
Reno: hey buddy, there might be people up there yo.
Rude: Won't hurt to take a look.
The two began advancing towards the building
