There was once a time when this award would have been a no brainer. Raisin, the most annoying oldbie fart in the world, would have walked it. However, there is a new breed of young annoying buggers around at EoFF. People don't care about Raisin anymore, and why would they? He has no pictures of himself in a Dress. Well. None that any of YOU are likely to see in your lifetime, nudge nudge wink wink ":joey:". He doesn't have anything else like the other nominations, either. Well, he might.
