None. It isn't all that hard to beat Ozma at Lv.1

It's more difficult getting to him than it is beating him.

get a gold chocobo, find one of six shadows of the air garden around the world, use a dead pepper while flying over said shadow with Choco, and youre there

Ozma is the most difficult boss in FFIX. It's also kinda cool because success against it is somewhat luck based in an interesting way.
