i have a yard, which i sweep b/c the floor is tiled with bricks. now that the tree is gone, i can do less sweeping. and no, i don't take care of it. it's "Mom's Garden". when i take out the fish tank to wash, i pour the dirty water on the base of the rose bushes - must be some kind of magic fertilizer...

We had a garden once upon a time...My parents used to make me and my sister help pu;l weeds and water it. Then my dad would brib my sister to pick all the potato bugs...Did I meantion we used to have potatos, carrots, peas, beans, onions, and corn? I think that was it...It was kinda big so my dad used the tractor to till it in the spring.

About raking though, I have to rake my lawn in the spring and such, and I do not have a small lawn either....I like raking...I hate raking dog poop though...
