I think it's good. Aramant has like, so much HP. He's 10 levels behind (and some others) and he rarely dies. I have Eiko on Auto-Regen. I'm teaching Freya for Auto-Reflect. I have Chemist equipped to Garnet and Eiko and I always have a healer in my party. Chemist doubles the healing-whatever-you-call-it when Potions, Hi-potions and I think Ethers.
