    Default Can soeone help with transparent gif?

    Hi, I was hoping someone could take this jpg image, andmake the backgound transparent.



    As you can see from my forum, it just doesnt fit with the background fully: http://www.ffx.2plans.com/forum/

    how about this? I didnt actually make the background transparent. All I did was colour all the outside pixels black, so it might look a little funny, but its all I could do.

    Thats quite ok. I did a little editing (I really suck at it) and made the black white, then reoved the outer edges. I then uploaded to Gifworks, and ade the back transparent (online buddy helped there).

    oh i see what you were trying to do. i thought you just wanted it to fit in with the black background

    A transparent JPG to a transparent GIF? Or am I just not seeing it right up there? Either way. I made it a GIF and deleted all that black out of it.

    Yeah that was pretty much what happened. y Paint progra seems to distort the hell out of a JPG when saving as gif.

    This is what it came out to be:
