Well, both those images are too big (in both file size and widthxheight) to be used in your signature. And also, you need to have them uploaded onto your own webspace before you can use them and link them to your sig.

Probably wouldn't be able to read it if you resized it to the maximum WxH of the rules.

Well you have to have it uploaded somewhere when you're done. And then have [img]url of the pic once its uploaded[/img] For simple tasks like this, I suggest Irfanview for resizing and possibly playing with quality to get file-size and dimensions down. But still you're gonna have to have it uplaoded/hosted somewhere to be able to put it in your sig.
