Well you have to have it uploaded somewhere when you're done. And then have [img]url of the pic once its uploaded[/img] For simple tasks like this, I suggest Irfanview for resizing and possibly playing with quality to get file-size and dimensions down. But still you're gonna have to have it uplaoded/hosted somewhere to be able to put it in your sig.
