Cable Or Dish .......

What do you think is better, cable Tv ( ntl in uk ), or Sky ( which requires a dish ). I have Ntl, I like it, I cant have sky because I have a B Listed house, meaning its historic or something, so we dont have planning permission to put a dish on our house. I think Ntl is fine, theres only one channel i want that is only on sky that is Channel U ( not a porn channel btw ).
I find the picture quality great 99% of the time, but sometimes, the picture can be shaky somewhat.
Oh, and for you losers that have Freeview, haha.....

I've had both, and I prefer Sky to NTL.

No particular reason, other than Sky has more channels.

Cable is so much better that I wouldn't even consider a dish. I use Cox.

We've got Cable: two TV's with digital, the rest are basic cable. Honestly, my grandparents and some other family members have satellite, and though it's great for them since they all live in the country and can't get cable, there's really no benefit in having satellite as far as I can tell. Most of the channels they get are the same ones I get, but in multiple time zones. And every specialty channel they get I could possibly have any interest in (which is pretty rare) we get on digital cable. There's really nothing satellite offers that I need I guess.

I think there great, but Anime is still anonymous on both, hundreds of channels, and no anime at all. Disappointing ......
