Really? He's used pretty often around here by people who aren't legendary using n00bs. I even used him as my physical Sweeper before I replaced him with Zangoose, and that's just 'cause I like him more.
Belly Drum+Rest+Body Slam + a backup move for ghosts = Ownage in G/S/C. I haven't tried it on the newer versions though.
