Name, or in some way indicate, all the characters (not those in AC) that have been injected with JENOVA cells or have the cells inside them.
Jenova, HOJO, Zack, Sephiroth, Cloud, Vincent, Numbered coat men, and maybe red 13 cause he was given a number too.

Your posts are correct.
Ultima Weapon = closer HP is to being full, the more powerful the weapon
HP Shout = closer HP is to being full, the more powerful the weapon
Venus Gospel = closer MP is to being full, the more powerful the weapon
Limited Moon = closer MP is to being full, the more powerful the weapon
Death Penalty = more kills, more power
Premium Heart = higher Limit Gauge and higher Limit Level gives higher power
Missing Score = more AP equipped to weapon, the higher the power
Princess Guard = power increases if allies are KO'd
Conformer = power is affected by enemy level. Higher level = more power.
Q) Which weapon, when used against an ally, will deal 0 damage? Assume the weapon hits and the target is not in Peerless status or anything else that would prevent damage.

Conformer is correct. The reason for this is it uses the Enemy Level in its caluculations. Characters don't have an Enemy Level, thus damage is 0.
I'd say the first monster is Guard Hound. Dogs shouldn't have tentacles.
Q. What does a Gold Needle do?
Are you sure there are gold needles in Final Fantasy 7?
In other Final Fantasy games a gold needle had the same effect as a soft did in FF7. Sorry no gold needle is in FF7. If there is sorry for ignoring you.

Gold Needle is what a Soft is called in the Japanese version. It was translated into Soft later.
