Anyways, just use cerberus and/or double/tripple spells and then hastily-haste your characters and then cast aura on party and meltdown on Ultima Weapon and then SWOOOOSH! BAM! CRASH! *victory music*

Oh, and if you want to be mean against poor, underated Ultima Weapon, you could always junction "Quakes" to your elemental defense, since that makes the battle a lot easier.
