No, it hasn't been released in anywhere but Japan, and won't be released anywhere else for at least another month, probably longer.

I live in Sydney. I bought it from the video store in Chinatown. It came with Last Order and a bunch of extras. It's good but it's just a ripped Japanese version.
The official release in Australia probably isn't for a while though.

You can download it illegaly or import the Japanese version. A lot of DVD-players are region-free: even my crappy DVD player runs NTSC Region 1, and I live in a PAL region. If you're thinking of importing it, YesAsia.com is good.

NZer here. I looked on the gamesman website and it showed that FFAC was able to be pre-ordered, but it had no release date in sight. Anywho i actually saw AC from a friend who was on a school trip in Japan at the time, which was really lucky, so theres been no illegal copying here XD, so its safe to say if ACs comin out in NZ, itll also be comin out in AUS.
