Superman
Is and always will be Spider-Man. Although I think if I have to ever be subjected to Reginald Hudlins writing in a Spider-Man title again, I may shoot myself.
I would say Batman, he was the first comic book superhero I was introduced to as a kid and I find Bruce Wayne/Batman an interesting tortured character.

Batman and Spiderman are pretty cool too.
I would have to say Spider Man, as he has more depth than most super heroes, and I like his character a lot.

tough call, I like both Batman and Superman the best, but only Burtons batmans were good, while all of the Superman movies are great.
And while Batman had a better cartoon, he cant compare with the TV series of Superman.
And Superman is just cooler anyway
