Anyone here that isn't me, the mighty Nightmare X, listen to the incredibly awesome band know as Pantera? it's easily my favorite band ever, because of reasons I am currently to lazy to explain, but whatever.

Cemetary Gates, Heresy and Cat Scratch Fever are quite good. However, they're a bit overrated.
Originality is good, kids.
A bit? Hell, even Metallica isn't as overrated as them. Horrible band. I don't care how talented Deadbag was, the band sucked.

Good band I'd say. I really dig some songs, but find other songs a bit boring and plain. Dimebag's technique was otherworldly, but because alot of his solos aren't the most melodic things to listen to, I don't really rate him too highly.

I liked a lot of their tracks, especially the ones with more groove to them, but a lot of it was just screaming crap. Dimebag couldn't half come up with amazing riffs though.

I used to be a big fan of them but haven't listened to them in years, I should pull out their albums a give them a listening to.
Im a pure metalhead, and I can say that I love Pantera.
Though Im more into Black Metal and Viking Metal than thrash
