    Default Leveling

    what's the best place to do extended leveling after the side quests are completed?

    If this is Chrono Trigger, the best place to level up was the Black Omen. But if you've already gone through it and destroyed it so that it doesn't exist in any era of time (if you went through it in 1000 AD, it'll still be there in 600 AD and 12 000 BC) and finished off every other side quest, the next best place to go might be the Giant's Claw. I'm not sure if the monsters are all still there after you get the Rainbow Shell but if they are, I'm pretty sure that place will do.
