Who says Quina has to be specifically female, or specifically male? Quina is obviously berdache.

A fetish doesn't have to mean that at all. It can simply be an obsession.Originally Posted by Chaos Prophecy.Crash..

also don't be so narrow minded as to say 'all humans have a belly-button'.
no.1 they are not human, they are genomes.
no.2 they are artificially created and have no mother, or none that is mentioned in the game.
also don't start discussing quina now, even if it is genderless, it was originally meant to be a bloke, just by looking at it you can tell.
the characters refer to quina as she/he simply bcoz tey dont know what gender it is.
No way, Quina looks more like a girl than a guy. Quina is dressed in pink, has frills on her/his hat, a bow round its neck, and bows on its shoes, that is not at all manly.
Besides the fact that she has an apron, which means she likes to cook, which MUCH mean it's a woman. lol. I can't wait for the backlash on this one!
So that would mean Kuja is a woman too because he wears females clothes. Sorry. Don't buy it. I agree with this:
Also I'd like to state the whole 3 females lead females theme that comes up in every Final Fantasy Title. I wouldn't know about 'pre IV' but from 4 onwards.even if it is genderless, it was originally meant to be a bloke, just by looking at it you can tell.

IV - Rydia, Rosa and Porom
V - Faris, Lenna and Cara
VI - Terra, Celes and Relm
VII - Tifa, Aeris and Yuffie
VIII - Selphie, Quistis and Rinoa
IX - Garnet, Eiko and Freya
X - Rikku, Yuna and Lulu
X-2 - Rikku, Yuna and Paine.
XII - Panello, Fran and Ashe.
Of course, it could be a coincidence but then it would be one hell of a big coincidence.
Quina is not man or woman. It is Quan!
