You know... Since the Judges and Turks kind of have to have a friendly (if strained) relationship with us either way, because I'm sure they both like to have trade routes open in the northern areas, we could negotiate a (possibly temporary) allegience with both. The three together would be unstoppable.

Seriously though, we probably need to start creating some positions and suchlike. To offer some suggestions (Feel free to tell me I'm full of crap, though I'll ignore you because you're wrong);
Hetman (Leader)
Rivers (Chief Advisor)
Mountains (Gang Liasons)
Silks (Public Relations)
Thews (Enforcers)
Piths (The pith, as it were, of the organization.)
NB: Hetman is a gender-neutral term, so bipper wouldn't be a Hetwoman, for example. Also because bipper is male, but he was the first member who came to mind.
NB, a reprise: Those are both the plural, and singular forms. So, should I become a Liason for another gang, I would be Mountains I'm my own MILF, not Mountain I'm my own MILF.
I get the feeling that I'm missing previous discussions on this whole gang thing, so if so please point me in the requisite directions for me to catch up and not sound like an idiot because everything I've suggested is alerady decided.
