Well, on a sort of serious note, what about this gang leadership thing? I think the obvious choice is eest. He needs to choose his sub-ordinates, though.
I was the unofficial leader of the Namingway's... But, that's cause nobody else was here at the time... :P
And, yes, I think eest would be a good leader!

Well, I think seeing as we just went out and took turf for the Turks as it is, whoever grabs it should handle it. Like you said, Turks take the initiative.
I do like Shiny_Grievers suggestion though.
