Well it was made in Japan was it not? Like I said, I myself say Tie-dus but I believe Tee-dus is the correct way.

It is pronounced "Tee-dus" as in the word "Tea".
It is pronounced "Tie-dus"/"Ty-dus" as in the word "Tie".
