White meat. I really don't eat any red meat, except for ham on holidays and cheeseburgers, occasionally. I eat chicken a lot though.

mmm red meat done a bit rare is tasty eg a nice red steak in a frying pan

nothing can beat cutting into a steak an having some red pour out its just tasty tho i like crispy very crispy fried chicken
