Why the hell is everyone making such a big deal about it? Psychotic is a reformed spammer, he posts a lot of productive things. He only spams in usernotes, and besides that he seems to know what's going on better than some admins. Not to mention he has had experience on other forums (eyesoffff?). Have you seen a usernotes page he's not in? Exactly. He knows what's going on. You see, the CKs are like Shinra... they always get-- I mean they need to know what's going on.
